I have the original I.D. plate for car 1E13744 that was removed at time of restoration and replaced with a duplicate. I will send the original to the current owner if requested to do so.

No charge for mailing the I.D. plate. I want it to remain with the car.

Jake Weaver restored this car years ago in Jackson, Mississippi (USA). After the restoration the red paint on the bonnet was blemished due to heat from the engine. I helped strip and repaint the bonnet. Jake recently passed and I am going getting his large car collection prepared for sale. I found the original ID plate for car 1E13744 in Jake's garage. I hope to send it to the current owner because it belongs with the car. No charge for mailing it.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
