An original right-hand drive, Australian delivery Series 1 E-Type 4.2 Roadster, this immaculate car was fully restored by a previous owner between 1993-1995 and has since been maintained to a very high standard by Cremorne Prestige Services and the Vintage Motor Garage. The rebuild is fully documented and receipts for all subsequent work have been retained. In the current ownership since 2002, the Jaguar has mainly been in use as a weekend pleasure car and has proved completely reliable and a real pleasure to drive even on a long trip to Melbourne recently. Notable features include an immobiliser, cut out switch and a concealed Kenwood CD stacker and tuner. Sold registered in New South Wales until June 2005, the number plates “JAG E” are included in the sale.
