Car was offered in Sweden (www.blocket.se and search for jaguar). It was offered for 135 000 SEK (equvivalent to US 17500) and the seller states he had bought the car but now has problems with financing but willing to sell the car in Sweden with an addition of a frew dollars + help with transport to Sweden. Watch out if this is a scam.

Opening bid $21,000, no reserve, no bids yet, 5 days left in auction. Buy it now price $29,500. Car now located in Taylors, South Carolina.
Sellers description:
1968 Jaguar XKE convertible roadster, 6 cylinder, manual 4 speed. Speedometer works and shows 7,095 mile, do not know the exact mileage.
I purchased this vehicle a few years ago with the intention of restoring it however, I have not found the time and have decided to sell it and make room in the garage.
The pictures show a combination of when I received it, before disassembly, and what it looks like now. I have a CD with these pictures for reference when restoring.
I have done a lot on the electrical circuits and most of the gages work. Have not gotten to the tack, (don't think it is connected to the coil), and clock, (probably needs a new battery). Still needs some rewiring under the dash, hood and tail section.
I have disassembled most of the chrome and it is about ready to go to the body shop. The floors, under the rear inside of each seat, next to the driveshaft tunnel, needs some sheet metal replacement. The trunk floor has holes, I have the replacement panel but it needs to be installed. The right rear fender has an old previously repaired hole that needs to be reworked. Some rust can be seen at the bottom of both doors and the front cowl has some dents in the underside. There are also some rusted places along the roof line, please see the attached picture.
The engine is complete, runs and the car is drive able. I have replaced the old points and condenser with a Petronics electronic ignition. The alternator has been rebuilt and a new master brake cylinder has been installed. The gas tank was removed to fix a leak and the inside relined as well as recoated on the outside.
The roof and seats are in good condition and do not need to be replaced at this time.
I have collected over $4,000.00 worth of new parts

For sale at Classic Motor Cars of Bridgnorth for £105,000. Seller's description below.
www.classic-motor-cars.co.uk/classic-cars-for-sale/jaguar-e-type-series15-42-roa ..._69
Supplied new to New York, this Jaguar E Type was imported back to the UK in 1989. The car underwent a full restoration in the 1990's and was reassembled in RHD with triple carburettor specification. Our client purchased the car in 2009 having us maintain the car to a very high standard whilst in his ownership. The car drives very nicely and is in excellent condition having just gone through our workshop to have new engine frames fitted. The history file that comes with the car is excellent having photos of the restoration and old MoT's going back to the 1990's.
