Further to comment by Syd Brown on 14/6/2008 - the history file of the car holds official Insurance Valuation Certificates, MOT Certificates and Tax Discs covering before, after and including 2003 which strongly suggest that this vehicle WAS NOT 'written off …….. offered the salvage in 2003' as per Mr Brown’s comments. Furthermore, the Chassis Number stamped on the Cross Member is the original Factory Stamp and the Chassis Plate is also the Original. The documents present demonstrate that the car was clearly MOT'd, taxed and Insured without interruption before, during and after 2003 and notedly was also under the same ownership from 2000 until 2024. The history clearly points to the earlier entry being an ERROR given both documentary and physical evidence.
