Matching numbers Chassis number 1E33743 and engine number 7E10922-9. Being born in 1955, many classic car enthusiasts of my age will agree that the E Type was the super sports car of our youth! Over the years I have admired many and have seen all sorts of colours, but never in this Valentine Beige livery, with the interior in Suede Green, indeed an unusual but very pleasing presentation.

The strong point of this particular Series 1 4.2 Coupe is that this E Type is most original and untouched, which rarely happens and hence much appreciated by collectors. Exported when new to the USA, this E Type returned about 25 years ago to the old continent and was immediately selected by a long term French customer of ours to be the centrepiece of his fast growing Jaguar collection.

Not wanting to spoil his totally original(except for a light respray) E Type, this fully functioning coupe is sparingly driven and most of the time lovingly stored in a climatized garage. Just admit, this is your chance to fulfil the dreams of your youth!
