1969 Jaguar E-Type Series 2 Coupé

Odometer Reading: 52,000

MoT Expiry: Exempt

*One previous owner

*Nut-and-bolt restoration, few miles since

*Appealing colour combination

Bought brand-new by the vendor's business partner in 1969 this Series 2 Coupe has been in the vendor's ownership since 2014, since when it has been given a nut-and-bolt restoration, with just a few miles been covered since. The vendor says the body, paintwork, trim and wheels/tyres are very good. The interior is said to be excellent throughout, with new Jaguar tan leather sourced for trimming. Engine starting and running is described as excellent, as is all the running gear, while the electrics are reported to be very good. There is a very good history file with this lot.

Seldom do one-previous owner E-types come to market, and this nut-and-bolt restored example has covered few miles since that work was completed.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
