1969 XKE 2+2 Automatic with Air Conditioning. This is a One Owner car with 43k Original Miles. This Jaguar was disassembled for bodywork and paint, carbs were removed to be cleaned and because of health reasons, the project was never completed. Vehicle ran good before the project was started. This Jaguar will make an excellent spring project!

I purchased this one owner 1969 Jaguar XKE 2+2 coupe for my wife. It has no rust in the typical areas that most Jags have and the mileage is true 43716. It is the right combination of automatic and AC. The owner was preparing the car for new paint when he became ill and was not able to complete the project. The chrome was removed and the carbs had been cleaned when I got the car, The interior is original and in good condition.I purchased new carpet and pad and sent the chrome out to be re-chromed to concourse quality. I was also missing the tail lights and marker lights so I bought them new (Lucas). My wife got tired of waiting for me to finnish the car and bought a 380 SL, so my loss will be your gain. The only thing missing that I know of is the throttle linkage, that did not come with the car. There is 1000,s of dollars worth of new parts and chrome that come with the car. The owner completed the engine compartment,and thats as far as he got. The car was running fine, so all it need was a paint job. I have a low reserve on this really nice survivor, that is a easy restoration. It would be a horrible thing to do to a nice low milage, car but if it does not bring the reserve I will part it out to re-coupe my investment. The exhaust is like new,there is no rust to speak of in the floor pans, rockers or trunk. The head liner is nice but needs to be re-glued. The 5 wire wheels are nice and will clean up just fine.
