I have owned TNR 4141L since 1981. It was purchased 9 years old in Hendon. The car had been resprayed in its early years to a very attractive metallic blue whcih I have subsequently traced to a Daimler colour of the time called Agean Blue. The V12 engine had a Forward Engineering sticker. It was run perfectly ever since. I am currently restoring the car as best as I can with a lot of help from the guys at Norman Motors (and others), Bodycrat in Surbiton are doing the body work. Im really looking forward to hainge TNR 414L back on the road again, hopefully by next summer.

I have just received the Heritage Certificate and this shows that the car was originally painted in a non standard opalescent dark blue. I'm trying to decide what colour to paint it as part of an extensive and badly needed restoration.

After 31 years of ownership, car is now back on the road, looking like new and going really well. I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

TNR 414L is now back on the road after 3 years of restoration. Many thanks to Eric and the team at Bodycraft who did a stunning job and we're very supportive of my amateur efforts. She drives really well again and now looks a million dollars!

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
