These late-series Jaguar E-type 2+2s V12 Coupe’s have certainly come into thier own in recent years. This one is a lovely example, finished in iconic British Racing Green with contrasting biscuit-coloured leather trim, both in excellent condition. An April 1973 build, this car was factory-fitted with a sunroof and wire wheels, and is a three-speed automatic. It has a wood-rimmed steering wheel, 4 x Zenith Stromberg carburettors, and a stainless-steel exhaust system that works very well with the balanced engine. The Vendor reports that the Jaguar has remarkable smoothness and midrange acceleration. Kept in excellent condition throughout, and Owned since 2011, the vendor has driven the car regularly to keep all the components working. In his ownership it has never been driven in the rain, has always been dry-washed and detailed annually. It’s also been serviced annually by Jaguar specialists, the Breedshop. It comes with a Jaguar book which authenticates the car. Currently on full QLD registration, the Big V12 Jaguar will be offered for sale unregistered.

Seller's description:
This elegant 1973 series 3 Jaguar E Type comes with all the luxury features you would expect. Stunning looks and an absolute pleasure to drive. With its silky smooth 5.3 lt V12 engine coupled to a 3 speed automatic transmission, this is the ultimately refined Big Cat that was way ahead of its time. Developing 272 bhp and 304 lbs/ft of torque. This Grand Tourer provides outstanding performance for a car of its vintage and is said to be capable of 150mph. This one is a lovely example of what a genuine E-Type should be. In original condition other than the stereo. Finished in Classic British Racing Green with matching Biscuit Leather, factory fitted Sun Roof and Spoke Wheels . Car is currently on Vic Club Registration which is not transferable. I have enjoyed this car immensely and sad to see it go. However I have no room for it any longer, so I’m hoping it goes to a new owner who will love it as I have.
