Ebay item 8/16/18
www.ebay.com/itm/XK/283106292497
Classified ad price: $75,000, seller classics-rescue, 70k miles.

Seller's description:
1964 Jaguar E-type roadster. This XKE has been in literal barn storage since the early 1980s. It iis unmolested and very original but a total restoration project. All numbers match, it has some rust in the driver side rocker and the floors will need some attention but is otherwise solid.

the car was completely renewed and is offered for sale from Jaguar Land Rover Classic Köln in Germany.

Beautiful restoration, well done. But the car originally had a black center dash and black center armrest. It now has a much earlier aluminum dash from an earlier era car. Looks good though.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
