Car offered at:

Sellers description:
This car is a competition car that was raced in the early 60'S until 1970. The last major race the car was in was 1969 at Daytona Motor speedway as # 99. The car was later retired and stored until last year when I purchased her. The car was sitting still for over 37 years. This car can be traced back to the very early days racing at sebring and also at daytona. The car is still in its 1969 paint scheme and numbers along with the original equipment from racing at that time. The car will require restoration to bring her back to the racer she once was. The front hood ( bonnet) is all in aluminum from the 60's and the car maintains both race seats with alloy underpan and also alloy comp race tank. The roll bar is also still in as well as the race belts. The car has the monster su carbs and the head has been reworked by the original owner. The car has race mags that replace the knock offs. This wheel was found on most early racers for strength and durability on 12 to 24 hour gruling races. This is also a flat floor very early jag #96 LHD. Finding cars like this is next to impossible.
