This Left-hand drive(LHD) Series 2 Jaguar is 1 of 7,853 1971 Jaguars built for the 1971 model year and is presented in Signal Red Exterior with Black interior and red piping. It has recently undergone a Cosmetic body and paint restoration. The paint has Zero miles on it since undergoing the process. The car is fitted with a NEW black soft top and NEW black interior. Power is provided by a 4.2-liter inline-six with dual carburetors, which is paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. The 4.2-liter DOHC inline-six is paired with a 4-speed manual transmission and was factory-rated at 246 horsepower and 263 lb-ft of torque when it came from the factory in England. Induction is handled by a pair of Stromberg carburetors with a factory air cleaner housing. Instrumentation includes a 160-mph speedometer and a 6k-rpm tachometer, with an analog clock and a quartet of auxiliary gauges mounted centrally on the dash. Vin is P2R14519. ODO shows 80,381.
