Kruse auction, Auburn IN 5/15/1998 lot #773. Sports Car Market report reads:

"Chrome wire wheels, 4-speed. Older restoration to showroom condition then used. Driver's seat shows a little wear, ding behind trunk lid, decent hood and door fits. A very presentable driver. No Reserve."

Information prestented for RM auction in Phoenix, on 1/23/04. Opening bid $25K, projected value $65k - $75k. Car was originally on the database as being pale primrose/black interior and located in Prescott, AZ in '00. Note this car does not have the "1E" prefix, the data plate reflects only "10191".

Sellers comment:
Finished red with a biscuit leather interior. It is fitted with a tan top and chrome wire wheels. The recipient of a comprehensive restoration just a few years ago, then was subsequently owned and refined by the Arizona JCNA President. In his years as a collector and judge, this JCNA President has owned national champion Series I, II and III Etypes. The car has been meticulously maintained with all mechanicals in excellent working order and retains its original engine. This example is in beautifully restored condition and is in very fit running condition. A copy of the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust certificate will accompany the vehicle.
