Ebay item 8/29/04
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Current bid $5,156.00 (Reserve not met), 16 bids, 6 days left in auction, buy it now price $10,000. 74k miles.

Sellers description:
Bought this Jag 3 years ago with the grand plans of restoring, but wife has said it goes or I go because I have too many unfinished projects. Since then I have managed to start purchasing some of the necessary pieces. Car had a 302 Ford V8 with an automatic removed and previous owner found another Jaguar motor on ebay that was redone which is now just placed in the car for mobility. I have seats, door panels, 4spd transmission, bell housing, flywheel, partially polished 3 carb intake manifold, new carpets, boxes of miscellaneous parts and brackets, and a factory type fiberglass HARD TOP, and soft top with frame.

Vehicle Condition
Needs typical etype floors and rockers, doors are good, needs total restoration, tires good, glass good, chrome not show but good. Project too much for my time and capabilities.

work in progress I have 3.8 XKE engine RA4233-9 but would like to put the car back to a 4.2 the rest of the drivetrain has managed to stay with the car even after it had a ford 302 installed around 1992.

always looking for all interesting pictures of Xke's to use for wallpaper on computer, I like to use these to help keep me motivated to go out in garage and work on her.
