Rare find : 67 Etype Roadster. A series 1 car, matching numbers. 95% complete ( front radiator and seats are missing ), otherwise all parts seems to be there. Car has been damaged in a fire house during his restoration. New panels has been fit including iInside and outside sills, both floors ( front and rear ), tunnel trans, etc... Body need rear quarter trunk ( trunk itself is in a good shape ), a patch on bottom of rear fenders ( just above the end of each sills ). Changing fenders isn't necessary cause rest of theses parts are ok. Bonnet is ok and in a good shape except bottom who need to be changed. All components under the bonnet are off the car. Many of theses items will need to be glass beaded to clean up. Some items will probably have to be replaced. There is a new main wiring harness, a new windshield and a new rear mirror who comes with the car.
The bumpers have some discoloration and must be rechromed. The glass covers, headlight rings and convertible top are presents.
The last owner told me the engine and gearbox was ok but I've no warranty of that.
So the car is a project, but the sheet metal in the floors and rockers has been done and it is a 67 roadster série 1 matching number car.
The long and dirty part of this restoration is already done (as you know, dismantle a 40 year old car can be a very difficult task !).
Don't miss this opportuny. Cars like this are very hard to find and a restored one will cost you more than 50 k euros !.
bonnet has closed headlamps,
troggles dashboard switches, 3 S.U carbs, etc.... It's a a serie 1/2 with européan specification. The serial number is 1E14015, body number 4E5648 and engine number is 7E10900 / 9 ( 9:1 compression ratio ).
