67 Jaguar XKE S1 4.2 Roadster - Lo Miles

1967 Jaguar XKE S1 4.2 Roadster- Lo Miles. If you appreciate fine Automobiles, I don't have to say too much about this classic car. This is the legendary '67 Jag XKE -considered by many to be the most handsome roadster ever produced. 1967 was the last year Jaguar produced this classic Series 1 Type, and most Jaguar collectors consider this car the summit of Jaguar design and engineering. Featuring an unmatched combination of Style and Performance, this beautiful car featured a beefier 4.2 Liter engine with triple SU carbs,(producing approx 265 bhp), a marvelous full Synchro 4-speed transmission, and unmatched automotive elegance. This car has been beautifully kept and maintained; it runs as good as it looks. It has only 30, 885 Original Miles. The car has been repainted (in beautiful black) once. The body and chassis are very nice, tight, and straight. The car features a nice Blaupunkt stereo, Pirelli Tires, (P205-75R15's), all the original tools and manuals, service records, etc. The interior is in very nice shape. A very nice, complete original 'Black Plate' car. Perfect if you are looking for a head turner/collectible that is also suitable to drive and enjoy on the weekends. Marvelous.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
