My car was totally original when I received it (except the exhaust) and I've made a few changes (carbs, wheels, brakes and headers) to make a good thing better. It's NEVER been re-painted and I intend to keep the original paint looking as good as possible for as LONG as possible.

I inherited this car and am the second owner. I believe it will NEVER leave my possession!

Hello,
Opalescent Gunmetal was not in production since 1964, are you sure that is what the JHT certificate says? I think the car was painted Opalescent Silver Grey at the factory, those two colours are pretty much indistinguishable from each other even by experienced experts. So it would be nice too see what the factory build sheet says. Cheers!
