Again thanks to Ebbe Nielsen of Retro Classic Cars for providing this update and pictures: Car was sold to Jylland in Denmark. The rear suspension was repaired buy the new owner and it may have been repainted. The car is rust free and a nice driver, the softtop is new as well as the interior is newer, great chrome and wires.
