Car offered at:

Seller's description:
The Serie I 1/2 was only built in 1967 to meet US safety standards. She was the progressive evolution (according to the exhaustion of the parts of the Serie I) towards the Serie II with raised headlights and the interior of the Serie II. The bumpers, however, were identical to those of the Serie I. A lengthened version 2+2 is introduced at the request of the US market that allows the installation of a Borg-Warner automatic three-speed transmission. Models destined for California are equipped with two Stromberg carburetors to meet the state's anti-pollution standards. The power of the straight six engine is reduced from 265 PS to 170 PS.

This magnificent E-Type Roadster is equipped with the very desirable manual gearbox and has been totally restored. A complete file of the restoration is of course available.
The VAT is reclaimable.

Matching Numbers.

Only 1942 units of the Serie I 1/2 were built, one of the rarest versions of E-Type.

Available right now in our show-room, located in Paris.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
