Sellers description:
This 1968 Series 1 1/2 Jaguar is in excellent condition. If you are a serious car collector or just love these beautiful Jaguars, the opportunity to own one are getting fewer and far between. This car will sell the reserve is low and reasonable. The motor is numbers match and original to the car. A new clutch with aluminum fly wheel has been installed. New starter and alternator. Brake calipers where rebuilt with new pads. Many more new parts as well.Paint is less than a year old. New top as well.I have the heritage report to confirm the original color of ascot fawn. Door panels and rugs new, so is trunk linings also all factory colors confirmed by Heritage report. Interior purchased from Original Spec. Jaguar Interiors. Seats are in great shape may be original. Clock in dash also rebuilt. New front floors installed and rear are original, rock solid. One small patch by right radius arm rock solid, left radius arm mount is the way it left the factory. Carburetors rebuilt by one of the best on the east coast. Has original jack, hammer, knock off nut and storage bag. Comes with wire spoke spare. Chrome is beautiful, also chromed by renowned east coast artisans. The Heritage report will be provided to buyer.There is one small blemish on right front fender that happened during assembly, it is pictured. Gas gauge does not work and sun visors are missing.
