Would like to know any owner details and info on how the car came to be in the States being factory right hand drive

I purchased the car in 2011 and shipped it to New Zealand where it is under restoration in my resto shop. Would like to know who the first owner was and how it ended up in the States. Any info-- is always interesting. I have a heritage Cert. with a couple of interesting options listed,ie, Black paint with Black (piped white) interior. Dist. was Henleys, but no info on dealer, first owner or Rego mark.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
