Jaguar, 1965 XKE Fixed Head Coupe, Good Driver, South Bend, Indiana Serial #30036, Body #4E20067, Engine #7E1088-9, 4.2L, 6 cylinder, Gearbox #EJ07-3, manual (4F, 1R), Silver exterior (originally white), Black interior, 56,495 miles (believed actual); 31 years same family/garaged and covered entire time; Never driven in rain or snow; Body repainted (body-on) late-80's, new floor panels, seat belts added, new carpets; No rust. No radio. No A/C. Spare wheel/tire but no jack or tools. Covered head lights. Telescoping wood steering wheel and gear shift knob. Wire wheels w. chrome knock-off's. Exhaust system (good), Vredestein steel radial tires (good); body/paint (good); all chrome and trim intact (fair); headliner good (dusty); all original gauges (clear and operable). All this work done in 2007: -Complete rear axle re-build, -New rear brakes (rotors, calipers and lines), new shocks and new master brake and clutch cylinders. -New fuel pump, triple carburetors rebuilt, fuel tank and lines cleaned. -New upper/lower ball joints. -New water pump, radiator chemically cleaned, new thermostat, new hoses, lower engine block cleaned. -New battery.
