Ebay item 8/21/06
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Current bid $1,525, no reserve, 3 bids, 5 days left in auction.
Sellers description:
1966 Jaguar E Type 4.2 litre coupe. It is a complete car.....just completely taken apart. The previous owner had had it taken apart at a car restoration place. The car was taken apart and never put back together. There are hundreds of various parts in platic bags all with descriptions taped on them. The motor is the original motor as is the transmission. Looks like the car was red with a red interior (a great combo). I am selling the car AS IS with a bill of sale now. The previous owner told me he has the title and would get it by next weekend. I am selling the car AS IS without a title. If the title shows.... it will be included with the car.The car is on a rolling chasis. All the glass is there and all the glass is good. Anyway....this would be a great project car and would be worth some money when done. Buyer must pick up car in CIncinnati, Ohio.

The vin plate for this vehicle is being advertised on eBay as at 29-5-2013, the guy found it behind his toolbox after an abandoned restoration back in the 80's!
