Ebay item 2/26/19
www.ebay.com/itm/1967-Jaguar-E-Type/123664003332
Current bid: $15,000 reserve not met 11 bids 2 days left in auction, seller heisen22014, 57k miles.

Seller's description:
Engine starts and idles smoothly. Transmission and clutch very well, and shifts easily. The brakes are responsive and pull the car to a straight stop. Steering is smooth, and tracks straight. Amp gauge shows charging, oil pressure is good, and temperature is normal. Electric fans work well. Exhaust is custom, and not original. Very good condition.
Physical condition of the vehicles sheet metal is very good with no dents, dings, or rust. All body panels appear original to the car, and fitment is perfect. The vehicle has been repainted red from its original green, and paint is in very good condition, with only a couple of stone chips on the nose, and a small scratch on the left rear fender. The paint is older, but professionally done, and has a smooth “mirror” finish. All the stainless and chrome trim is in very good condition with no pitting.
The light beige leather upholstery and door panels are in very good to excellent condition with very minor cracking. Original carpets are scuffed on the edges from normal use. The new dash looks excellent, as does the steering wheel, gauges, and trim. The rear compartment is in very good condition, with very little wear.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
