cu.in. converation. The substantial reduction in weight and increase of horsepower, make's this a unbelievably quick car.The engine about 365 H.P. and 400 Ft. Lbs. of Torque. It is 9.8: 1 Comp. Ratio with corvette L-98 aluminum heads and a ZZ-4 aluminum intake with a 650 CFM Holly Carburetor. The Hyd. Roller camshaft is also ZZ-4 with Magnum Roller Rocker Arms by Comp. Cams. The ignition is MSD part # 6200. The waterpump is also aluminum and elec. cooling fan with originnal raditor ( never overheats ) . The rebuiltTurbo 350 tranny has a shift kit and a 2450 - 2600 RPM Stall converter. The car has Wilwood brake's and Koni shocks on front and rear. The car also has a upgraded front swaybar, Billet aluminum rack mounts, sway bar reinforcement blocks,and upgraded Torsion Bars ( .86 ) all purchased from Classic Jaguar. The Stainless steel heater pipe's are new as well as the dash top, windscreen seal,rear boot hatch and window seals. All of the door and window seals are included but not installed yet due to painting process. Now, about the body. When I purchased the car in 2003 it had wheel well flare's from the early 70's that were poorly done and mostly bondo. I removed the flare's from the front wings while completly disassembling the bonnet. The bonnet was stripped, rebonded, and epoxy primed. The first test drive while in primer after 6 month's of bonnet work I hit a deer and caused substantial damage.I have been told by exspert metal repair guy's that it is repairable, but I do not have the funds at this time. VERY IMPORTANT !!!. THE BONNET SHOWN IN PIC'S IS NOT THE BONNET THAT IS INCLUDED WITH THIS SALE!!! The bonnet shown installed on the car is borrowed from my other project and is for a series 1.5 not a series 1. The bonnet included with sale is the damaged one pictured separatly. The rear wheel well flare's were removed and left unflared and the body was widen'ed about 2" on each side all with steel ,not filler. This car is 100% complete inside and out, parts not shown were removed for painting process and are all included. The damaged parts included, R/H headlamp glass and chrome trim, center motif bar, R/H turn lamp, R/H wing, lower valance and bonnet center section.
