I am 37, and I have been looking forward to buy an E type since I was 8! I have fallen in love with E type coupè when I first saw it in 1974. It was a 3.8 coupè, bronze and the owner was my father friend. Finally i bought my E type coupè in 1991 so that i had my dream car

Is this car a 1' series and 1/2 or a late 1 series ? (it looks 1' series bonnet but 1 and 1/2 chassis). Which carburators are fixed to the engine ? Please let us know .
Thanks!

I think it is a late 1st series. You can understand it from the number 1E35064. Carburetors are not original, Dellorto(Italian brand) DHLA carbs kit have been mounted in order to power tune the engine. They are six separated carbs.
Bye.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
