1967 JAGUAR XKE E-TYPE 2+2 COUPE. SERIES 1, 4.2 LITERS. OPALESCENT SILVER GRAY WITH RED TRIM. 4-SPEED, TRIPLE CARBS, CHROME WIRE WHEELS, COVERED LIGHTS, TOGGLE SWITCHES. ORIGINAL FRENCH DELIVERY CAR FOR RESTORATION. MATCHING NUMBERS.
-Recently purchased from it’s Northern California seller, this full Series One 2+2 in superb colors was an original French delivery car from Jaguar dealer/importer Delacroix.
-Very good value going forward as a complete, covered headlight, Series One 4.2 Liter, triple carb car needing refurbishment. Good restoration candidate.
-Good straightish bodywork needing some rust repair. Original panels. Complete chrome, glass, all of the important items are present. Appears to be quite complete.
-Mechanically complete with matching numbers drivetrain currently removed but included. Cylinder head damaged.
-Excellent underbonnet components/subframes.
-Overall, good value going forward for the restorer, to secure a complete Series One E-type at a bargain price.
