A left-hand drive example equipped with the optional Borg Warner automatic transmission, this E-Type 2+2 Coupé was sold new in the USA and imported into Europe in 1989, coming into the vendor’s possession in August 2003. The car was completely restored between 1992 and 1993, the work being undertaken by Parisian Jaguar concessionaire Grand Garage d’Aligre and Etablissements Lecoq of St Ouen. A large file of restoration invoices, totalling some 570,000 FF, accompanies it. Finished in classic British Racing Green with black leather interior, the car comes complete with tool kit, owner’s manual and French Carte Grise.
