Nice to see that I am not the only "crazy" family man who thinks this is the way to travel around with the family in the best "Family Coupé" in the world! :-) Why would you drive anything else if you have free choice?

Cheers and congratulations on bringing another one of these machines to Finland!

Hi, it was nice to see your car again, BTW according to Clausager's "Factory-original Jaguar E-type" Beige was an original factory colour, very rare, only 262 cars painted this way between March 1967 and July 1968, interior could have been Beige, Black, Light Tan, Red or the Tan your car had which is very brown, in the old days with a certain grain available as "Pigskin Grain Tan". In 1964-1968 Pale Primrose was the 3rd most popular colour, next to OSG and Cream!

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
