Opening bid $8,500, no reserve, no bids yet, 6 days left in auction.

Sellers description:
1967 Jaguar XKE E-type with only 55786 original miles. This Jag is all original and unmolested. Original matching drivetrain. It is a 4.2 liter 6 cylinder engine with an automatic transmission.

It runs and drives 100% however the carburetor and air cleaner cover are missing in action. I removed the carbs to rebuild them and misplaced them during moving to a new residence. They sat in a box hoping I would find the time but I never got around to it. I have no idea where they can be but I would gladly send them to the winning bidder if I ever find them.

Otherwise this Jag runs strong and transmission shifts through all the gears nicely. There are no leaks and the undercarraige is nice and rust free.

Needs a little work on the exterior as you can see but this Jag is a great restoration candidate. Everything is there.

She is in great shape underneath.

Chrome is in good shape.

The interior is very nice.

I have many spare parts that are included as seen in my photos. They were bought at swap meets to keep as spares.

Brakes are new and have extra sets for future.

A clear title is in hand (Transfer of Ownership). No liens or outstanding loans. Ready to transfer to new owner.

I am located in Locust Valley, NY which is in Long Island.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
