Sellers description:
This 1970 Jaguar XK-E is a hard-to-find southwestern original. Long an Arizona car, it was never damaged and always well cared for. This Jaguar has only 43,000 original unmolested miles and is in excellent mechanical shape combined with its a rust-free body. This car has not been restored but is ready to drive anywhere in the world. Recently, the engine was overhauled completely and has less than 5,000 miles since the completion of this work. Additionally, the rear differential and subframe components were also completely overhauled along with new shocks and springs. A new top was recently installed along with new carpets and seats recovered to original. Front suspension has been rebuilt including a fresh steering rack and proper alignment. As it was when new, this Series II E-type stands ready to give years of fun and driving experience with no issues. All the aforementioned work and more documented with receipts and a Jaguar-Daimler Heritage Trust Certificate available.
