Car offered at:
www.classicdriver.com/en/car/jaguar/e-type-sii/1970/897491
Seller's description:
1970 Jaguar E-Type SII Roadster DHC
Price USD 106 977
Pale primrose yellow / black
Totalrestauration, maching numbers
This example of the "cult car" E-Type was delivered to the USA in 1970, imported to Germany in 1993, has been in my possession for 30 years and of course has the H license plate.
In order to maintain its long-term value, the vehicle was restored from the ground up in 2010-12, "Nut & Bolt", with the highest level of perfection and the claim "better than new" by specialist companies, with the exception of the 2-carburettor system being completely converted to European standards painted in the Jaguar color "pale primrose yellow" from 1970 and customized with Talbot mirrors on the A-pillars.
All work is extensively documented photographically and with work reports and invoices totaling €130 thousand, as are all other maintenance services.
The final Clasic Data report gave a grade of 1!
After 15,000 km with good care and maintenance, an evaluation from 2022 still shows a grade of 1 and a value of €122 thousand.
For reasons of age and lack of space, I would like to pass this noble piece on to caring hands.
