This is a great looking 1970 Jaguar XKE Seriesll E-Type convertible. It has 39000 original miles and is a second owner car. The current owner has the original bill of sale when it was purchased in 1970. This car was originally purchased and has remained in the Central Florida area. This car was stored under cover for 10 years and has been driven the past 6 months on the weekends. The top is in good condition but the back window is discolored. There is small rust spot in the back by the back window. The battery compartment also has a rust hole.

Vehicle Condition
Car is in great condition but is almost 35 years old. Engine runs strong but does have a lifter tapping. Small rust spot in the back by the window, and in the battery compartment. Air conditioner fan motor recently replaced. The tires have good tread but are 15 years old. The seats are original and have no tears. This car is really in good shape and only needs a few minor improvements.

Yes, this is an original numbers matching car. My father-in-law bought the car, unmolested, in 1975 from the original owner. The only number I cannot physically confirm is the gearbox number due to not being able to get underneath it. He assured me, however, that all numbers match.
