1970 Jaguar XKE roadster with 50k original miles. This is an unmolested automobile. Original paint that still looks good. 2 to 3 inch scratch in the trunk, one small pop dent between the rear bumper and the trunk. Nice shiny finish. Inside, the interior is also in original very good condition. Most all the gauges are in working order. Weather stripping is in excellant condition, always garaged. Dashboard has no cracks, door panels in very good shape, carpets are good, and the seats themselves are in very good condition. Original tool kit in tact, inside trunk is VERY clean. 5 wire wheels with red line pirelli tires, all the right stuff. Bad news is minimal...high beams do not work, and neither does the horn. i have never gotten around to looking into why these items are not working, could be as simple as fuses, i don't know Very recent exhaust system, this car runs like a real Jaguar. Convertable top is in good shape. 4.2 Litre 6 cylinder engine starts right up everytime and runs out 100%. Clutch and 4 speed manual transmission work properly. This is not a show car, it is one of the nicer untouched XKE's left in it's very good original condition. This is my personal car and would not even think about parting with it for it not for divorce. Maybe it will not sell here on E-Bay, that would be allright with me! But she is for sale now.
