Ebay item 12/2/08
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Current bid $32,000 reserve not met, 19 bids, 1 day left in auction.
Sellers description:
1970 JAQUAR XKE restored by the renound Westhampton Coachworks. Completely taken apart, and rebuilt to Jaguar standards. No surface or part has been left undone. The restoration was completed in 2006, and the odometer reads less than 1000 miles. Prior to restoration the car had no rust and had never been hit. Project took approximately 2 1/2 years to complete. At that point it was housed in a showroom with many other exotic vehicles. The dollar amount invested in this project will be a fraction of the ultimate sale price. This is an extremely good value for the dollar. This vehicle drives and shows like new. Unfortunately my recent geographic relocation is not conducive to owning this type of vehicle, due to climate and lack of paved roads.
