JAGUAR/BRITISH LEYLAND "PASSPORT TO SERVICE" book.

This one is unique because it has ownership details of the specific car it belonged to, as well as the first two owners'.

The first owner took delivery of this car Oct. 21st, 1970 in COLUMBUS, OH.

The VEHICLE SERIAL # WAS 1R13256 and the ENGINE # was 7R11534-9

The 2nd owner took delivery of the car with ONLY 2500 MILES ON IT on April 26th, 1971 and it resided in Dayton, OH for some time.
The metal stamped passport in the back of the book has the 2nd owners' info on it.

This is a very rare find in any condition these days, as they were often thrown away or misplaced by subsequent consumers after so long.

These were preserved and filed away in a filing cabinet for decades in the attic of an old FIAT dealership that I'm selling all this old stuff for.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
