This particular car is described as being in excellent condition throughout and has the much preferred manual four speed gearbox and the 4.2 litre six cylinder petrol engine. The present owner purchased it some seven years ago at a cost of some £25000 and at that time the car had covered a mere 2000 miles since the full restoration had been completed. Since then a further 3000 miles have been done by the vendor and he has always kept it in a heated garage.

The coupes are now even more desirable than their roadster counterparts and this particular example requires absolutely nothing and we are sure will be keenly contested at today's sale.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
