Current bid $25,100 reserve not met, 25 bids 9 days left in auction.
Sellers description:
Gorgeous, 1970 Jaguar E-type Fixed Head Coupe, Series II with Matching Numbers! This is the most sought after and very rare Opalescent Silver Grey with red Leather interior, Wow! This car has been garage kept and never driven in the rain.
Mechanically, this E-type with matching numbers runs and drives great. It has a smooth running V6. It also has a rebuilt alternator, rebuilt starter, new battery and a recent oil change. Under the hood of this car looks great. It features a fully detailed motor compartment and looks completely factory original. The manual transmission shifts nice and smooth. The car drives straight, it feels tight going down the road and if you give it some gas it really takes off. All numbers are matching! All the chrome is very nice too!!
This Jag was originally given red leather interior by the factory and it has been all redone in the matching color and design in leather! It is completely brand new and just completed on 11/1/2009 - it is flawless. They replaced everything, the headliner, complete new dash, Leather seats, everything has been redone! The Seats have the original perforated leather too and have been completely rebuilt with brand new foam and Leather - they look outstanding. The leather feels very soft. The wood steering wheel is also another added option. The gauge cluster looks nice and clean and the dash is in brand new condition.
This car was obviously well taken care of over the years and garage kept. This car has the best of everything and is ready to drive or show and enjoy right now.
