This example is a very late Series 2 fixed head coupe, which is said to have been the subject of major works, including bare metal repaint, engine rebuild, rear sub-frame rebuild, gearbox, clutch and brake overhaul, chrome wires, new tyres, new windscreen and much more. The vendor does state that the car is offered with a photo record of these works.

The car is said to have covered only 700 miles since the restorative works were completed, which accounted for over £12,000 in parts and professional labour, plus hundreds of hours put in by the vendor.

Finished in BRG with tan leather interior, the car has the 4.2 litre XK engine with the four speed manual transmission and is described as being in excellent order throughout.
