Jaguar E Type Series 2 4.2 1970 2+2
This is a lovely example of one of the most beautiful cars ever made. It’s a 1970 4.2 6 cylinder 2+2 FHC Series 2. Over the last two years it has had extensive work carried out as listed below. The body and underneath are sound and solid so most of the work has been to the engine, which now runs as sweet as a nut. The steering, wheels and breaks have also been through an overhaul along with the electrics, which now all work, as they should. The interior is complete and most of it is original, including the radio and is in considerably good condition for a 36 year old car. It has had a new headlining fitted by the previous owner and I think the carpets may have been replaced at sometime as they look too good to be that old.
I love this car dearly and am sorry to have to sell her. She drives like a dream and is a real head turner (as the pictures show), you’ll be amazed how many new friends you make with one of these.
