Current bid $6,100 reserve not met, 6 bids 6 days left in auction.

Sellers description:
This 1969 Jaguar E-Type is the perfect car for the British motorcar enthusiast looking for a very original Jaguar ready for tinkering. The reserve on this amazing E-Type is set to sell, so bid with confidence!

This Jaguar has been professionally maintained by the same British Motors specialists for the last 20 years. The motor fires right up, and runs smoothly. The oil pressure holds steady and the engine stays cool. The transmission shifts smoothly through all of the gears. The clutch is beginning to slip slightly. This great Jaguar can be driven the way it is all summer and enjoyed, but sooner or later will need the clutch replace.

The body is very straight, however rust bubbles have started to appear in a few places. This should be an easy fix for the right person, or drive her as is. From 10 feet back the car shows very well. Under closer inspection you will notice the areas that will require attention. The underside also has a few rust spots, but nothing structural. Overall the body is in very nice shape for an original car.

The interior of this great Jaguar is in very nice original condition. It is very presentable as a driver. The seats are rip and tear free and show only minimal wear. The dash and headliner are in very nice shape.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
