Enclosed are two photos of my 1969 Jaguar E-type roadster, Serial No. 1R9148, Motor No. 7R2647-9. I purchased it new on Dec. 12, 1969 for $5,475 from Imperial Motor, in Wilmette, IL Unfortunately I had to sell it after only a couple of years due to a growing family.

I bought a 1969 xke coupe and was provided with a title with the chassis number 1r9148. The picture frame has the same number, The person I bought it from bought it in 1982 in Oklahoma City, OK and was given this as the title to the car.Ive since traced the body numbers and other numbers to aquire a Heritage Certificate with the proper chassis number. Just thoughtn I'd give an update on that particular chassis number. Kirk
