This 1969 Jaguar XKE is a Series II roadster that was purchased by its second owner in Queens, New York in 1969. The car spent two decades in storage and various stages of refurbishment in New York and South Carolina before being finished in 2018, and remained in the owner’s possession until it was acquired by the selling dealer in 2021. The 2000s project included refinishing in Pale Primrose Yellow over black leather upholstery, and power comes from a numbers-matching 4.2-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed manual gearbox. Additional features include a black soft top, a retro-style radio, and chrome 15″ steel wheels. This XKE is offered with a Jaguar Heritage trust certificate, previous registration paperwork, a history written by its second owner, and a clean South Carolina title.

The car is said to have been disassembled and repainted in Pale Primrose Yellow approximately 15 years ago. Details include taillights located below the rear bumper, wraparound chrome bumpers with overriders, a mirror mounted to the driver’s door, side reflectors, and open headlights.

The black soft top was reportedly installed during the refurbishment and is shown both raised and lowered. Chrome 15″ steel wheels wear beauty rings, hubcaps with body-colored inserts, and 205/75 Prime Well P5850 tires. An unmounted spare wheel is housed under the trunk floor. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs, with the rears located inboard near the differential.

The cockpit is features bucket seats with headrests trimmed in black leather as well as matching door panels and carpets. Amenities include lap belts, a retro-style radio, and a locking glovebox.
