The vendor has provided the following:
1972 Jaguar E-Type Mk3 5.2L V12
Two owners, current owner purchased the vehicle in 1973
The car was run as the primary vehicle in the late 70's through early 80's then garaged as used sparingly for enjoyment in drive weather
An engine rebuild was completed 2010
Full service at Trevor Farrington completed in 2023, breakdown of service items: - new fuel tank, new radiator, reconditioned steering rack, cam gasket covers, new tyres, door & bonnet seals, nearside track rod end, nearside top ball joint and front suspension joint rubbers, replacement O-ring & seal, oil sump gasket & filter, replaced big end bearing screws.
Wear on timing chain was identified and recommendation for this to be replaced and check timing chain guide alignment is correct. This work has yet to be completed.
