Car was mentionned by Patrick Bedard as test car in the article " Viewpoint : Jaguar V12" from the magazine "Car and driver" in May 1971.
This car had been tested two months prior to the E-Type S3 launch at the NY Motor Show end of March and the Jaguar people had taken the V 12 sign off as the new model was still secret when tested.
