All original with matching numbers except new automatic transmission in 2005. Recently mechanically reconditioned including ALL new brake system. The British car specialist tells me there is nothing else to do mechanically. Cranks on first key turn and purrs like a kitten since the four carbs are perfectly synchronized.

Lights, guages and electrical system in good working order. 100,000 miles. Front right headlight/bezel is damaged. Interior restored in '95 but front seats need repair again. Solid straight frame with very little rust. Originally 'Cream' color. In 2000 exterior sanded to bare metal, painted Jag's 'Opalescent Blue'.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
