This car was first registered in Coventry, but then immediately sent out to South Africa. It was brought back to the UK in 1991 and passed through two owners before coming to me in 1996.

a friend told us about the website as he has just purchased an e-type 2+2 he also went to Zululand South Africa to collect your car which my husband purchased from Mr Pennyfather who sold old farm tractors he had two e-types and his wife wanted him to get rid of them ours was pale yellow when we collected it however the rust was so bad we part exchanged it for another e-type from a dealer in Pinetown Durban. Its great to see it looking so beautiful and living not too far from us in Cheltenham. Hope this is of interest to you.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
