Advertised June 2013 for sale on carsales.com.au. Seller's comments: "The car was first registered in Victoria or Tasmania in 1963, but has lived in New South Wales since the 1990s.
The car was restored before I purchased it, with the engine overhauled and the sills replaced. It was originally white and has been resprayed red. However it is now showing its age. Paint on the bonnet is crazed after a minor front-end repair, and the trim and body rubbers need attention. There is one rust patch in the spare wheel well, but otherwise the body is sound except for a few minor surface rust spots.
Mechanically it is sound. The front brake calipers have been upgraded to a later model, and it has a higher capacity radiator. The previous owner overhauled the diff and rear suspension, but front suspension rubbers need replacing.
I've owned the car for three years, and fitted new wheels and tyres 18 months ago.
The car has 86,098 miles (139,000 km) on the speedo. Asking $AUS59,000

I bought this car on Sunday 30th June 2013. It's coming back from whence it came - Sydney, New South Wales. It runs well and numbers match - fundamentally important to yours truly. I believe it to be a very late 1962 model. Paul
