Ebay item 10/8/04
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Opening bid $1,500.00, no reserve, no bids yet, 4 days left in auction.

Sellers description:
Well this may be the worlds most inexpensive one? I aquiered this years ago with the hope of either buying a body from England which I've had mixed information as to weather they were or were not avalible at some point,or I just figured on finding a better tub to work with. This has its original engine ( it sat with the head off ) and trans, front subframes, doors and clear title not much else it was in the woods behind a body shop when I found it it was all in one piece sort of but I never really expected to use what is pictured for rebuilding without some sort of doner that was in more of one piece. this will give you a serial Number to start with if you have a better tub. It was a nice Blue with Blue trim in its day. I had collected a bunch of parts to try put this back together with at one point if someone really wants to try to rebuild it. I can discuss some sort of package deal but I will have to dig it all out to see what I have for it I know I have seats the dash , console, lights, an early rear, Bumpers pedal assy Etc. Nothing on the front end sheet metel see my other auctions for a 68 2+2 body UPDATED: Yes I have the data plate The chassis # 876155 Body #2442 Engine #R2762-9 Gear box # EB1862JS Clear Maryland title transferred to me in 1995 I have the trans it is just buried to the point I'll have to move a bunch of stuff to get it out, it is the original and probably the best part of the car as far as being close to useable in its current condition.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
