Info posted for live auction in Phoenix 1/23/04 RM auction, however evidence suggest that the VIN was a misread, not 876271

Sellers coment:
This example received a total nut-and-bolt rotisserie restoration in the mid 1990s. Since restoration, this example has traveled fewer than 3000 miles and remains in very nice condition. The red paint is flawless as are the black interior and black StayFast top. It is fitted with many desirable options including a Solid State radio and wire wheels. Upon recent inspection, the car ran wonderfully. All lights and gauges worked properly. The undercarriage was very nicely detailed and a complete tool kit is even included. The restoration has settled very well and this example is perfect for concours and driving purposes.

Flat Floor. O (open); T (two); S (seater). Ocean Blue colour with leather interior in red. Manual gearbox. Totally restored.
Our rare example dates back to 1961 and is one of the few cars that were produced with a flat floor at the footrest, and for this reason identified as Flat Floor'. The extraordinarily elegant lines are highlighted by its blue colour combined with wonderful red interiors. The car was originally registered in the USA, then in 2008 it was imported to Italy where it has undergone a major restoration in all its parts, bodywork (originally cream), interior (originally black), all the mechanical parts and various components. The entire restoration has been extensively documented by photographic material. The car is registered in the ASI è register and has been assigned gold number plate no. 43862.
